JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — State College mustered only two hits against Jamestown pitching Wednesday in a 6-0 loss to the Jammers at Diethrick Park.
State College lost two of three to the Jammers after entering the series on a three-game winning streak. Adalberto Santos and Kyle Saukko had the lone hits for the Spikes (6-7), both off Jamestown starter Saul Gonzalez, who went the first four innings. Grant Dayton (1-0) and Jordan Conley no-hit State College over the last five frames.
