The Spikes lost one pitcher and added two to their roster Tuesday. Lefty Aliecer Navarro was promoted to Single-A West Virginia in the South Atlantic League. Casey Sadler and Jason Townsend, both right-handers, signed with the Pirates and were assigned to the Spikes.
