Spikes Highlight Green Efforts During All-Star Game

STATE COLLEGE, PA — The State College Spikes are proud to announce an array of green activities and promotions surrounding the 2009 New York-Penn League All-Star Game on Tuesday, August 18. The game will be held at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park, which was the first ballpark in America LEED-certified for leadership in environmental and energy design, and will be the first green All-Star Game in Minor League Baseball history.
