NILES, Ohio — For the State College Spikes, it was a rerun on Tuesday night at Eastwood Field.
Going into their second meeting with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, the Spikes had played in three one-run games, losing two of those contests.
The Spikes can now make it three one-run losses in four games after falling to the Scrappers 2-1 before a crowd of 4,682.
